Transcription: Ordered that Brittain Williams obtain letters of administration with the will annexed on the Estate of Jesse Williams late of the state of North Carolina decd. on his entering into bond in the sum of one thousand dollars with William Cone Security for his administration.
Personally appeared in open court Brittain Williams who was duly qualified as admr. with the will annexed on the Estate of Jesse Williams late of N. Carolina decd. whereupon said letters of administration with the will annexed were ordered to issue ----
It is ordered that the Clerk of the Court of Ordinary Ebenezer Torrence record the certified copy of the last Will & Testament of Jesse Williams late of North Carolina deceased which is now exhibited in open court
